Got Breaks?
URA proposed new contract language that seeks to solidify a common practice. Many URA workers already arrange for breaks within their respective department. But others have been given unclear messages about whether or not they can take a break. Our proposal provides a fair procedure that all departments can follow easily. Rutgers did not counter-respond to our proposal.
